If multiple representatives from your organization are attending - whether from a provider agency, State of Alaska, or vendor organization - please ensure each person registers for this event.

The Conference is $25.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members. We will provide morning and afternoon breaks and lunches during our time together. You may indicate any food allergies you have on your registration form.
