Great Lakes Addiction Technology Transfer Center Network – Recruit, Hire, Retain, & Promote (RHRP): Tools to Strengthen Your Workforce

This virtual training January 18, 2024, will assist behavioral healthcare leaders and supervisors in developing a strategic plan for strengthening their workforce, even when faced with staffing shortages and other service delivery challenges. The content is focused on using evidence-based methods that will help leadership teams prioritize cultural responsiveness, inclusivity, and data-informed decision-making when supporting and growing their workforce. Participants will further learn how to use key process improvement tools to enhance or establish recruitment, hiring, retention, and promotion best practices at the organizational level.
